Premier Fantasy Trophies Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:

  • We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our fantasy football trophies. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied, you have 30 days from the receipt of your trophy to request a return.

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return:

  • The trophy must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is essential.

Damages and Issues:

  • If your trophy arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect award, immediately notify us at premierfantasytrophies@gmail.com. We're committed to rectifying the issue, either by replacing the trophy or offering a solution that's agreeable to you.

Exceptions: Custom-engraved or personalized trophies cannot be returned due to their bespoke nature. However, if there's an error on our part with the customization, please reach out, and we'll make it right.

Exchanges:

  • For swift service, if you wish to exchange a standard trophy, return your original item, and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds:

  • After inspecting your return, we'll inform you of its approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If there's a delay beyond 15 business days post-approval, please contact us at premierfantasytrophies@gmail.com.
